NORTHFIELD MINN.—The Hamline University men's tennis team faced Carleton in a Sunday-afternoon MIAC bout on the road, where they dropped a 9-0 decision.
The Pipers fall to 4-9, 1-3 MIAC, while Carleton improves to 10-3, 4-0 MIAC.

The most competitive bout occurred at No. 2 singles, where Sam Thompson dropped a 6-3, 6-4 decision.
The Pipers will return to action at home on Thursday, April 14 against St. Olaf at 3 p.m.
