MORRIS, MINN.—The Hamline University men's soccer team made the three-hour trek west to Minnesota Morris for a Saturday-afternoon non-conference affair. Logan Weller carried the Pipers on his shoulders as his 10 shots in the game was one shy of a single-game school record of 11 set by Stephen Johnson on September 23, 2010. His two-goal game was all the Pipers needed in a 2-0 decision over the Cougars.
Hamline moves to 2-2 on the season, while Minnesota Morris falls to 0-4.
