COLLEGEVILLE, MINN.—The Hamline University men's basketball team dropped an 80-60 road decision against Saint John's (Minn.) on Saturday afternoon.
The Pipers fall to 3-2, 2-1 MIAC, while the Johnnies improve to 4-2, 3-0 MIAC.

The driver's seat belonged to Saint John's from start-to-finish, much due to their stellar .531 (34-of-64) shooting clip. The Johnnies defense managed to hold Pipers leading scorer Bradley Cimperman to four points. Austin Holt secured another double double with 13 points and 11 boards for Hamline. Sam Hoffman and Raoul Vaidya each shot 6-of-10 from the field, which resulted in 15 and 13 points, respectively.
Kooper Vaughn paced the Johnnies with a game-high 17 points, while the bench accumulated 35 points.Â
A combined 27 individuals saw playing time, 15 of which were Johnnies.
The Pipers will host St. Olaf at Hutton Arena on Wednesday, December 6 at 7 p.m.
