MINNEAPOLIS, MINN.—The Hamline University women's tennis team hosted Macalester at InnerCity Tennis on Thursday, where they dropped a 9-0 decision.
The Pipers fall to 4-12, 0-7 MIAC, while the Scots improve to 9-3, 5-0 MIAC.
"Hard fought battle today here at ICT," said Pipers head tennis coach Spencer Jones. "Jenna Rubbelke played her heart out."

The most intriguing match occurred at No. 2 singles, where Jenna Rubbelke dropped a hard-fought 2-6, 6-2, 1-0 decision.
The Pipers will make the short trip up Snelling Avenue to face Northwestern (Minn.) on Wednesday, April 12 at 6 p.m.
