SAINT PAUL, MINN.—The Hamline University women's soccer team dropped a 2-0 road match at St. Catherine on Wednesday afternoon.
The Pipers fall to 5-8-5, 1-5-3 MIAC, while the Wildcats improve to 9-2-4, 6-0-3 MIAC.

The shots were heavily dominated by the Wildcats by a 30-4 margin. It resulted in a first-half goal from Claire Cater in the 27th minute that made the score 1-0, and a second-half tally from Mallory Johnson in the 67th minute that widened the margin to 2-0.
Sydni Thompson paced Hamline with two shots, which included the team's lone shot on goal.
Pipers goalkeeper Isabella Jensen stopped a season-high 13 shots, while Kate Praetz recorded one save for the Wildcats.
Hamline will host Macalester at Pat Paterson Field on Saturday, October 26 at 1 p.m.
