Hamline 3, Concordia (Minn.) 0 (25-23, 25-14, 25-15)

The opening set resulted in 14 kills and a .125 hitting mark for the Pipers, but it was the Cobbers more efficient with a .182 percentage on just nine kills. That, coupled with Hamline's 11 combined errors against Concordia's four resulted in four lead changes and four tied scores, which included a 23-23 tie. Two kills from Lindsay Eckelman engineered Hamline's 3-1 run at that tail-end that locked a 25-23 victory.

Concordia led for just one rally over the final two sets, while the Pipers combined to hit .358 in that time to lock 25-14, 25-15 wins and a 3-0 match sweep.

Lauren Wilborn had 13 kills, followed by 10 apiece from Riley Melby, Lindsay Eckelman, and Grace Bathurst. Eckelman was also in on three blocks for the Pipers, while Jenna Rubbelke led the way with 19 digs. Running the offense was Kaitlyn Kotek and Kayli Starkey, who finished with 22 and 14 assists, respectively.

The Pipers outhit the Cobbers .271 - .067.

Hamline will host Bethel at Hutton Arena on Wednesday, October 9 at 7 p.m.
