MIAC RELEASE
SAINT PAUL, MINN.—Hamline University wide receiver Dawson Schaffer was named to the 2024 MIAC Football All-Conference Team. Schaffer, a transfer from Concordia (Minn.) with one more season of eligibility, makes his first career trip to the MIAC Conference Team.
In addition, Pipers junior offensive lineman Davis Pickett earned his second-straight trip to the 2024 MIAC Football Honorable Mention list.

The Kindred, North Dakota native's 1239 yards receiving in 2024 is a Hamline single-season school-record. Schaffer accomplished that feat with a team-leading 67 receptions and 13 touchdown grabs. He caught a season-best nine balls on four occasions, which included a 35-14 victory over Crown on September 7. Schaffer accumulated a school-record five touchdowns and 272 yards in that contest.
