SAINT PAUL, MINN.—The Hamline University women's tennis team dropped a 6-3 decision to Saint Mary's at InnerCity Tennis on Friday afternoon.
The Pipers fall to 8-7, 0-6 MIAC, while the Cardinals improve to 8-6, 2-4 MIAC.

Christine Muller/Ashley Pitzen gave Hamline their lone doubles win by an 8-6 score at the No. 1 position.
The Pipers got production from the bottom of their singles lineup as Vanessa Pham prevailed with a 6-3, 6-2 win at No. 5, while Elanna Kohner registered a 6-4, 6-4 victory at No. 6.
Hamline will play a pair of matches on Thursday, April 11 at the William Zane Johnson Tennis Complex on the campus of Northwestern (Minn.). They'll face Northwestern at 1 p.m., and Martin Luther at 4 p.m.
