The Cobbers' Isaac Henkemeyer-How and Hunter Olson also missed several shots, maintaining the scoreless streak for the period. As the frame concluded, Hamline attempted to leverage a late power play with an empty net strategy, but the Cobbers held steady, ending the game with a 3-1 victory.
