SAINT PAUL, MINN.—The Hamline University men's tennis team defeated Martin Luther 7-0 at the Holt Courts on Friday.
The Pipers improve to 6-8, while the Knights fall to 0-7.

The doubles portion resulted in 6-1 victories for Sam Siegel/Elijah Krause at No. 1, Cooper Johnson/Brendon Sebring at No. 2, and Tate Johanning/Surprise Taylor at No. 3.
Rumeal Setts took care of business 6-3, 6-0 at No. 1, while Tyler Rousslang prevailed 6-0, 6-1 at No. 2. The No. 3 spot resulted in a 6-0, 6-1 win for Cooper Johnson. Matthew George powered his way to a 6-2, 6-0 win at No. 5, followed by a 6-0, 6-1 triumph from Surprise Taylor at No. 5. Wesley Saunders rounded out the Pipers with a 6-3, 6-1 decision at No. 6.
Hamline will host Concordia (Minn.) at Holt Courts tomorrow, Sunday, April 13 at 1 p.m.
