SAINT PAUL, MINN.—The Hamline University men's tennis team dropped a 6-3 decision to Concordia (Minn.) at Holt Courts on Sunday.
The Pipers fall to 6-9, 2-5 MIAC, while the Cobbers improve to 7-8, 4-5 MIAC.
"Another super close loss," said Pipers head tennis coach Spencer Jones. "Disappointing that we haven't been able to pull out the close ones this year. We will keep fighting hard and hope it turns around Tuesday."
Concordia (Minn.) 6, Hamline 3
Hamline's doubles wins were an 8-3 decision from Cooper Johnson/Brendon Sebring at No. 3, and an 8-7 victory from Elijah Krause/Sam Siegel at No. 3.
Sebring won the Pipers' lone singles match by a 1-6, 7-6, 1-0 score at No. 5.
The Pipers will travel to Bethel for a match on Tuesday, April 15 at 4 p.m.
