RIVER FALLS, WIS.—The Hamline University women's tennis team opened their 2025-26 season with a 5-2 victory over UW-River Falls on Saturday.
The Pipers begin 2025-26 with an 0-1 record, while the Falcons fall to 1-5.

The doubles flight belonged to Hamline behind a 6-4 victory from Vanessa Pham/Cora Andersen at No. 1 doubles, and a 6-3 win from Chloe Reyes/Emily Dreger at No. 3 doubles.
Pham was victorious 6-2, 6-7, 8-6 at No. 1 singles. Elanna Kohner prevailed 6-2, 6-3 at No. 4, while Christine Muller took care of business 6-2, 4-6, 10-5 at No. 5. Dreger registered a 6-4, 6-3 win at No. 6.
Hamline will compete at the ITA Midwest Regional in St. Peter, Minnesota on September 19-21.
