WHITEWATER, Wis. — The Hamline University women's gymnastics team competed at the No. 3 UW-Whitewater in a dual meet on Friday evening.
The Pipers fell to Whitewater in the dual meet scoring 185.300 to UW-Whitewater's 194.025 team score.
On vault rotation, Sydney Stoenner led the Pipers with a sixth place finish, scoring 9.525. Elena Bailey and Anna Johnson finished in a 7th place tied finish with a score of 9.425 for her vault.
On the uneven bars, Clara Gilles led the Pipers with a 7th place finish on bars with her score of 9.250. Bailey placed behind her in 8th with a score of 9.000.
On balance beam, Hannah Lemon placed 4th to lead the Pipers with her score of 9.650, followed by Kaitlyn Morgan's 9.500 score and 6th place finish.
Lastly, on the floor rotation, Carly Banta led the Pipers with a 6th place finish and 9.625 score. Ryle Foldhazi placed behind her in 8th with a score of 9.525.
The Pipers will be competing in the WIAC Championships on Saturday, March 7th.
