Hannah Hawker is beginning to develop a nice habit. For the third Saturday in the last four weeks, she won a pair of races for the Piper women's swimming team in a 195-86 dual meet loss to Macalester.
Hawker won the 100 Backstroke in a time of 1:02.54 and followed it up with a nine second margin of victory in the 200 Backstroke.
Jennie Dwyer (pictured) recorded the other HU win, taking the 1650 Freestyle by eight seconds over Macalester's Tilly Bartelt.
Hawker (50 free),
Maya Rapp (100 200 Butterfly, 200 IM), Dwyer (500 Free) and
Marissa Smith (200 Free) had second place efforts in the swimming competition.
Dani Waskosky also was second in the 3 Meter Diving competition.
