Well, a little rest did wonders for Courtney Benson. She captured her fpourth all-around title of the year of the season with a 36.875 score. However, the Pipers were nipped at the wire by MIAC foe Gustavus Adolphus, 177.900-177.575 in a dual meet in St. Peter Friday night.

Benson claimed first place in the Vault (9.525) and Floor Exercise (9.550). She was third on the Uneven Parallel Bars and seventh on the Balance Beam.

The Pipers swept the top four spots in the Vault with Kambria Blakely coming in second (9.425) followed closely by Katherine Golden (9.375) and Jackie Clement (9.325). Corinne Stiffler took second in the Balance Beam (9.300) and Erika Degnan was third in Floor Exercise (9.075).

Hamline hosts UW-Eau Claire in a dual meet on Monday, February 11 at 6:30 p.m. in Walker Fieldhouse.
