Well, this wasn't what the Piper women's tennis team had in mind when they went to Florida for a week's worth of matches. Hamline lost twice Sunday, 9-0, to Carthage and 7-2, to George Fox.

The latter match was part of some deck shuffling by HU coach Jon Henning to battle the threat of bad weather in Orlando, Fla. 

Emily Wollmuth (no. 6 singles, pictured)) and the No. 3 doubles team of Lilli Dennison-Elizabeth Hughes recorded the wins for Hamline, currently 3-8 on the season. The Pipers will face Luther Monday. They are off Tuesday.
