The first win of 2015 for the Hamline women's tennis team was one for the books. The Pipers swept away Martin Luther, 9-0, Friday night at the U of Minnesota. Hamline improved to 1-2 on the season as Emily Butler, Jordan Danielson, Sahamara Duwearatchi, Maggie Gibson, Lilli Dennison  and Elizabeth Hughes all won their singles and doubles matches. Duwearatchi, playing No. 3 singles, was flawless, winning both sets by 6-0. Danielson was a 6-1, 6-0 winner and Dennison won 6-2, 6-0. Danielson and  Hughes won their No. 3 doubles match, 8-0. The Butler-Danielson tandem did the same at No. 1 doubles.

Hamline faces Northwestern Saturday.
