The HU women's tennis team fell back to .500 in MIAC play after a 9-0 loss to Carleton Thursday in Lakeville, Minn. Jordan Danielson put up stiff opposition at No. 1 singles, taking her opponent to a third set tiebreaker before giving way. Maggie Gibson (pictured) played well at No. 6 singles, losing a pair of highly competitive 6-3 sets. Maddie Muotka at. 3 singles lost her set by a 6-1 margin but had a 3-2 lead in her second set but lost, 6-3. 

The No. 3 doubles team of Emily Butler and Natalie Pieterick gave the Knights a scare before bowing by an 8-4 margin.
