The Hamline baseball team will have to wait to an extra day to swing their hot bats. The Pipers' MIAC opening doubleheader at St. John's has been postponed from Saturday, April 2 to Sunday, April 3. The first game will still start at 1:00 p.m. Saturday's current forecast for Collegeville calls for 38 degrees and 22 mph NW winds. The Sunday forecast is much better: 60 degrees with lighter winds from the southwest. 

The Pipers (8-6 overall) lead the league in batting average with a .358 team average. 1B Jacob Picht leads all MIAC swatters with a .553 mark. St. John's is 12-5 overall. 3B Derek Schiebel leads the MIAC with 24 RBI.
