Frank Gustafson blistered the 8K course at the NCAA D-III Central Cross Country Regional in Waverly, Iowa Saturday in 25:19.7 to finish in 16th place, leading Hamline's efforts. Gustafson was the fifth MIACer across the finish line to help Hamline to a 17th place finish in the 31 team field with 480 points.
Kyle Mehrhof, a senior, was 67th in 26:25.7. The Pipers' other three scorers were sophomore
Ben Roen (27:06.3) and a pair of first year runners --
Tyler Gallagher (27:48.7) and
