Katie Kalland and Meghan Webb went 1-2 on the Balance Beam for the HU gymnastics team, which dropped a narrow 182.750-182.525 decision to Wis-Eau Claire at Walker Field House Friday night. 

Kalland, a freshman, scored a 9.500 to win the competition with Webb right behind her at 9.450. HU took that team competition  45.975-44.750. 

Darby Slater (9.500) and Webb (9.475) went 2-3 in the Floor Exercise. Webb was the top Piper on the vault, tying for third with a 9.300 score. Lydia Ingram was third on the Uneven Parallel Bars at 9.100.
