Carleton had too much for the HU women's tennis team in a 9-0 decision at Baseline Tennis Center Sunday.
Courtney Fenech put up stiff resistance at No. 1 singles before bowing by 7-5, 6-4 margins.
Claire Witt gave it a good go at No. 4 singles in the first set before giving way by 7-6.
Natalie Pieterick (pictured) also hung tough before dropping a 6-4 first set at No. 5 singles. The No. 3 doubles team of Pieterick and
Megan Anderson fell by an 8-4 score.
Hamline returns to the court February 23 to take on St. Ambrose and Martin Luther.
