Darby Slater put on quite a show for the gymnastics team in a meet against Wis-Whitewater in Milwaukee Friday night. The senior scored a 9.700 to win the Floor Exercise event and took the All-Around title with a 35.350 score. 

HU lost the team competition to the perennial power Warhawks, 185.350-179.875.

Slater was sixth in the Vault (9.100), 11th on the Uneven Parallel Bars (7.700, Caitlin Cooper scored 9.050 to finish fourth) and was eighth on the Balance Beam (8.850). Katie Kalland (9.625) won the event with Lydia Ingram second at 9.500. 

The Pipers return home February 15 to face Wis-Eau Claire at Walker Field House. The meet begins at 6:30 p.m.
