Meghan Webb and
Darby Slater will have to put their gymnastics retirement plans on hold. The senior pair have one more meet to perform at.
Webb and Slater will be in the field for the the NCGA (National Collegiate Gymnastics Association) Championship meet March 23 in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.
Webb will be doing duty. The New Yorker made the field for the Balance Beam, thanks to a 9.750 effort in a meet at Brown in January. She and Slater, a Michigan native, will also be in the Floor Exercise competition. Webb's 9.775 score in the regular season finale against Winona State was the top performance this year by a WIAC gymnast until last Saturday when Slater scored a 9.825 at the conference meet. That total tied her for first place in the competition.
