OSHKOSH, Wis. - The Hamline gymnastics team fell to UW-Oshkosh 188.825-181.200 on the road this afternoon, but first years
Tisana Lowe and
Madeline Sowinski provided some bright spots, as Lowe won the all-around competition and Sowinski tallied a win on beam.

The team score of 181.200 is 0.125 better than last week's score in their win over UW-Eau Claire, but ranked third among their scores so far this season.

The Pipers recorded their best score on floor, tallying 46.600 points in this event. Lowe had the team's best score on floor with a 9.475 with senior
Caitlin Cooper being right behind her with a 9.450, which put them in fourth and fifth place, respectively. Â Junior
Mary Kelly was third in for HU with a 9.400, which was good for a sixth-place finish.

On the vault, HU recorded a team score of 45.225, with first year
Bailee Davis earning Hamline's top score with a 9.275, which put her in fifth place. Lowe took seventh in the event with a 9.175.

Sowinski's 9.550 on the beam was the top score for either team. Sophomore
Katie Viles compiled a 9.250 and first year
Katie Kalland had a 9.200, as they finished seventh and eighth. As a team, the Pipers totaled 44.925 points on the beam.

The uneven bars saw Hamline's lowest score of the night, with 44.450 points. Lowe had the best score for Hamline in the event with a 9.175 for a sixth-place finish. Junior
Emma Patterson took seventh with a 9.050.

In the all-around, Lowe notched the high score with 36.100 points and Sowinski was next with 35.650.
