EAU CLAIRE, Wis. - The Hamline gymnastics team hit the road for the first time this season, defeating UW-Eau Claire 181.075-178.550 at the McPhee Center on Thursday night. The Pipers as a team won on the vault, bars, and floor events to help them claim their second straight win.

Tisana Lowe won two events for Hamline, taking first on vault (9.450) and floor (9.600), while also taking second on the uneven parallel bars (9.125). First year
Madeline Sowinski won the all-around competition, with a score of 36.675.

HU recorded their highest score on the floor exercise with 46.300 points, having four of the top-five finishers. After Lowe's 9.600, senior
Caitlin Cooper came in second with a 9.425, which was a new season-high for her. Sowinski took fourth with a score of 9.325 and first year
Elizabeth Schauer rounded out the top-five with a score of 9.175.

The Pipers also scored high on the vault, tallying a score of 46.125. Lowe won the event with a 9.450, followed by Cooper who recorded a 9.325 and first year
Bailee Davis who recorded a 9.275 to tie for third.

On the uneven parallel bars, Hamline had two of the top-three finishers, as Lowe took second with a 9.125 and senior
Lydia Ingram took third with an 8.925. Sowinski was fifth in for HU with a score of 8.675. The team finished with a score of 43.750 in this event.

The Pipers also had three of the top-five finishers on the balance beam on their way to 44.900 points. Sophomore
Katie Viles had the top mark for HU, with a score of 9.550 to place second. Sowinski took third with a score of 9.500 and Ingram took fourth with a score of 9.150.

Hamline will compete again on Saturday, February 15 when they travel to UW-Oshkosh for a 2:00 p.m. meet. Â
