RESULTS
SAINT PAUL, MINN.—The Hamline University men's cross country team hosted the 2022 MIAC Championship at the Highland 9 Golf Course on Saturday. The Pipers took 11th place out of 11 teams with 327 points. St. Olaf claimed the 2022 MIAC Title with 32 points. Mohammed Bati (Augsburg) took home the individual crown with a 24:27.4.
Lucas LiaBraaten led the Pipers with an 89th-place time of 28:12.6, followed by Michael Kurtz's 28:26.4, good enough for 96th place. Will Saari crossed the finish line at 29:36.9, which put him in 128th place. Aric Brodie followed closely with a 129th-place time of 29:37.1. Connor Artner (29:55.8), and Khadar Mihumed (30:04.5) rounded out the Hamline competitors.
The Pipers will embark on the NCAA Division III North Regional in Northfield, Minnesota on Saturday, November 12 at 12 p.m.
