LA CROSSE, WIS.—After a two-week hiatus from competition, the Hamline University women's gymnastics team took part in the UW-La Crosse Triangular on Sunday afternoon.

It was another day at the office for Danielle Jaworski in the floor exercise, where she finished tied for fourth place with a 9.400. The balance beam was all Emily Anderson, who secured a sixth-place score of 9.375. UW-La Crosse occupied the top six spots on the uneven parallel bars podium, but it was Lily Ramsdell (8.975) and Jaworski (8.800) who followed in seventh and eighth place, respectively. Freshman phenom Sydney Stoenner engineered the Pipers in the vault, where she notched ninth place with a 9.250, while Julia Cheely was on her heels with a 10th-place mark of 9.225.

The Pipers will return to action on Saturday, January 28 at Centenary (La.) for a 5 p.m. dual.
