The CSC Academic All-District Basketball Teams are nominated by college athletic communication professionals, and are limited to four per gender. 

Student-athletes must be: 

• At least a sophomore academically.
• Enrolled at their institution at the time of nomination.
• Maintain at least a 3.5 cumulative grade point average.
• Compete in at least 90 percent of games OR started in at least 66 percent of games.
