SAINT PAUL, MINN.—For the first time in program history, the Hamline University Pipers landed four individuals on the MIAC Men's Basketball All-Conference Team. Senior Bradley Cimperman, senior Austin Holt, junior Brendan Ebel, and sophomore Raoul Vaidya were each named to the 2024-25 MIAC Men's Basketball All-Conference Team.
In addition, Brendan Ebel was named 2024-25 MIAC Men's Basketball Defensive Player of the Year. This marks the second-straight season a Piper earned the distinction, after Austin Holt in 2023-24. The MIAC Defensive Player of the Year award began in 2022-23.
Cimperman and Holt became the second and third Pipers in school history to land a spot on the MIAC All-Conference Team on three occasions.
Bradley Cimperman was named to the 2025 MIAC Men's Basketball All-Playoff Team, his third-straight trip to the squad.

Ebel's first career MIAC All-Conference nod comes off the heels of a season that saw him rank second in the MIAC with 49 steals. The Farmington native, who was relied upon to lock down the opposing team's leading scorer each game, single-handedly held MIAC leading scorer Luke Harris to just seven points in a 72-61 victory over Carleton on January 8. Ebel went on to hold Andy Stafford, who ranked fourth in the MIAC in scoring, to just four points in an 87-53 win over Augsburg.
Brendan started all 27 games in 2024-25 and finished second on the team with 13 blocks and 75 assists. Ebel also contributed 10.4 points and 4.1 rebounds per game. He prevailed with a season-best six steals in a 58-45 win over UW-River Falls on December 19, as well as eight rebounds and seven assists in an 87-64 win over St. Olaf on February 22. Ebel netted a season-high 23 points in an 87-63 win over Luther on November 23.

Cimperman started all 27 games for Hamline in 2024-25. The St. Paul native ranked third in the MIAC with 17.4 points per game while his 166 field goals made, 371 field goal attempts (.477 field goal percentage), and 92 free throws made put him second in the conference. Cimperman also paced the team with 15 blocks and 46-of-114 (.404) from the three-point line. The senior accumulated 38 assists, 26 steals, and 6.3 rebounds per game on the season.
Cimperman netted a season-high 35 points on 13-of-15 shooting and 9-of-11 from the three-point line in a 92-59 win over Carleton on February 12. His performance in that game earned him February 17 MIAC Men's Basketball Offensive Player of the Week, and D3hoops.com Team of the Week.Â
Over 94 career games played, Cimperman accumulated 1542 points, a .442 (537-of-1216) field goal percentage, a .345 (133-of-385) three-point field goal percentage, a .756 (335-of-443) free throw percentage, 79 steals, 43 blocks, and 154 assists.

Austin Holt registered a MIAC-leading 15 double doubles and 263 rebounds; while his 92 assists, 7.1 defensive rebounds per game, and 9.7 rebounds per game each ranked second in the conference. The Highlands Ranch, Colorado native accumulated 12.0 points per game on .500 (121-of-242) shooting, 92 assists, 27 steals, and 10 blocks over 27 starts. Holt converted 16 three-point baskets on the season, seven of them occurred in an 80-55 win over Macalester on February 8, where he finished with a season-high 27 points on 9-of-15Â shooting, and 7-of-12 from the three-point line. His 18 rebounds in a 63-57 win over St. Olaf on January 15, as well as nine assists and three blocks in a 74-59 victory over Concordia (Minn.) on February 25 were season highs. Holt scored his 1,000th career point in that St. Olaf game.
Over 80 career games played at Hamline, Holt owns 1133 points (14.2/game), a .512 (419-of-818) field goal percentage, 119 steals, 52 blocks, 275 assists, and 797 rebounds (10.0/game).

Vaidya's first MIAC All-Conference nod ended with a team-leading .468 (51-of-109) three-point percentage (Led MIAC), a .842 (32-of-38) free throw percentage, and 30.7 minutes played over 27 starts. The Maple Grove native accumulated 12.2 points per game, a .452 (123-of-272) field goal percentage, 65 assists, 22 steals, and 22 rebounds per game. Vaidya had St. Scholastica's number in Hamline's two matchups against them this season as he netted a season-high 20 points and six three-point field goals in a 99-76 victory on January 25. He dished a season-high eight assists and notched 16 points in a 83-63 win over the Saints on December 11.Â
