OSHKOSH, Wis. — The Hamline University women's gymnastics team traveled to Oshkosh Thursday evening to take on the Titans in an evening dual.
The Pipers fell to Oshkosh in the dual meet at home, scoring 175.525 to Oshkosh's 191.875 team score.
On vault, Elena Bailey led the Pipers with a 9.525 score for a 7th place finish. Cailey Price followed in 8th place with a 9.350 vault score.
On the bar rotation, Clara Gilles had the top score for Hamline, finishing in 7th place with a score of 8.725. Carly Banta finished behind Gilles in 8th place, scoring an 8.125 in her vault.
On balance beam, Banta was in a three way tie for first place with a score of 9.500, getting the Pipers highest finish of the evening. Jozlynn Jansen placed 7th for the Pipers with a score of 9.200.
Lastly on floor, RyLe Foldhazi had the highest score of the meet for Hamline, scoring a 9.550 for a 7th place finish. Banta finished behind her in 8th place with a score of 9.400.
The Pipers will host UW-Eau Claire at home in Walker Fieldhouse on Friday, January 23rd at 6:30 p.m.
