The HU women's track and field relied on its depth to finish second in the CSB/SJU Meet in Colegeville Saturday. The Pipers had just two first place finishes but had two second place and four third and fourth place finishes to earn 119 points, trailing only the host school. HU defeated Division II Bemidji State (117) and Carleton (96.5).

Carolyn Saulsberry leaped to victory in the Triple Jump with a 34' 8.5" performance. Jessica Putland took the Hammer with a 145'1" effort. Putland also had one of the third place finishes with a 39'10.5" in the Shot Put. The 4 x 400 relay team of Carolyn & Marolyn Saulsberry, Dani Vitali & Emily Brown-Phillips were second in the 4 x 400 Relay. Alana Profit had the other second place finish in the Discus (124'8").
