Hamline's women's track & field team recorded 10 first place finishes en route to an impressive showing at the Hamster Invite at Macalester College Friday night. HU finished second in the overall standings, losing out to St. Benedict by a mere three points, 78-75. Macalester was third with 28 points. 

Carolun Saulsberry (60 Hurdles, Triple Jump) and Izzy Shafer (60 Meters, 200 Meters)  won twice each with Danielle Zwiefelhofer(Long Jump, pictured), Marissa Fiecke (600 meters), Mariah Gallagher (Mile), Gabby Koel (Shot Put) and Allyson Opps (Weight Throw) also claiming top honors. In addition, the 4 x 400 relay team of Saulsberry, Fiecke, Kristy Dellwo and Jordan walls won their event. 

Saulsberry won the 60 Meters, edging out teammate Gabrielle Brown, 8.93-9.20 seconds. Opps also had a 1-2 battle with Kiana Verdugo coming in second.
