DAY THREE RESULTS
NORTHFIELD, MINN.—The Hamline University women's track & field team embarked on day three of the 2022 MIAC Indoor Championship, hosted by Carleton on Saturday. The Pipers finished the three-day event in sixth place out of 11 teams with 65 points, while Bethel claimed the MIAC Indoor Championship with 134.50 points.
Alexandra Maddux continued her dominate meet with a second-place time of 2:59.77 in the 1000 meter run. The 4x400 meter relay team of Maddux, Lucy Hoelscher, Ellie Logelin, and Lindsey Bernardy claimed a fourth-place time of 4:11.29. Hoelscher built on that mark in the 600 meter run, where she tallied eighth place with a 1:41.21.
Select Pipers will try their hand at the Wartburg Last Chance Meet on Friday, March 4 - Saturday, March 5 with hopes to qualify for the 2022 NCAA Division III Indoor Championship.
