Pipers Fall to NCAA Division II Southwest Minnesota State

SAINT PAUL, MINN.—The Hamline University women's tennis team dropped a 7-0 match to NCAA Division II Southwest Minnesota State at home on Saturday.

The Pipers fall to 0-3, while Southwest Minnesota State improves to 6-1.

"It was a terrific effort against a quality Division II program," said Pipers head tennis coach Spencer Jones. "No. 1 doubles, as well as No. 2, 3 and 4 singles were extremely high-quality battles."
