WARTBURG RESULTS
SAINT PAUL, MINN.—Four members of the Hamline University track & field teams participated in two last chance meets on March 4-5 in pursuit to qualify for the 2022 NCAA Division III Indoor Track & Field Championship, scheduled for Friday, March 11 - Saturday, March 12 in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
Jailyn Robinson and Jen Valley participated in the Carthage Firebird Final Qualifier on Friday, March 4. Robinson was the top collegiate athlete, and second overall in the long jump with a 5.48m. Valley trailed Robinson with a fourth-place leap of 5.42m.
Joshua Thomsen and Alexandra Maddux participated in the Wartburg Last Chance Meet on Saturday, March 5. Thomsen tallied a ninth-place time of 8.51 in the 60 meter hurdle prelims, while Maddux registered an 11th-place time of 2:17.22 in the 800 meter run.
The 2022 NCAA Division III Indoor Track & Field Championship participants will be announced at www.ncaa.com on Sunday, March 6 at 7 p.m. (ET).
