SAINT PAUL, MINN.—Hamline University women's lacrosse junior attack Avery Wilson was named April 22 Midwest Lacrosse Conference Women's Offensive Player off the Week. She is the second Piper this season to earn MLC Player of the Week, joining Kendra Haselow on February 19.

Wilson registered four goals and two assists for six points on a game-high nine shots in a 14-5 victory over Augsburg on April 20. The Rogers, Minnesota native added three ground balls to her stat line in the contest. On the season, Wilson is second on the team in scoring with 20 goals and 10 assists for 30 points. She's also accumulated 21 ground balls, 14 draw controls, and five caused turnovers in 2024.

Wilson and the Pipers will travel to Saint Benedict on Wednesday, April 24 at 6 p.m.
