SAINT PAUL, MINN.—Seniors Isaac Hultberg and Elijah Krause, as well as graduate student Rumeal Setts each earned a spot on the 2023-24 MIAC Men's Tennis All-Conference Doubles Team. The three Hamline selections to the MIAC All-Conference Doubles Team are the most school history.

The last Piper to land MIAC All-Conference Doubles was Sam Thompson in 2022.

Hultberg was major piece to the Hamline Men's Tennis program's resurgence; going from 3-10 as a freshman, to 5-14 as a sophomore, to 9-10 as a junior, to 14-7 as a senior in 2023-24. His senior season resulted in the program's most wins since 2005-06.

The Elk River, Minnesota native was second on the team in doubles victories in 2023-24 with a 13-7 record from the No. 1 position, mostly with partner Elijah Krause. Hultberg also played with Rumeal Setts, Tyler Rousslang, and Elden Lee throughout the 2023-24 campaign. He finished the season with an 11-10 singles record, which put him in a three-way tie for second on the team mostly from the No. 2 position.

Over four seasons, Hultberg accumulated 35 doubles victories, and 29 singles wins.

Krause notched a 12-7 doubles record primarily with Hultberg from the No. 1 slot. He also played with Rousslang, Terrone, and Lee throughout 2023-24. The singles flight saw Krause finish tied for second on the team in wins with an 11-7 record, mostly at the No. 4 position.

Krause had 21 doubles victories, as well as 19 singles wins throughout his career.

Setts paced Hamline with a 15-8 doubles record in his first season as a player, mostly from No. 2 with Rousslang. The Coon Rapids native, who was previously an assistant coach with the program, also saw time with Lee and Hultberg in doubles. No. 1 singles was a post held by Setts in all but four matches in 2023-24, where he notched a 9-8 record.

The Pipers finished the 2023-24 campaign with a 14-7 record.
