SAINT PAUL, Minn. --- Hamline University men's tennis junior
Wyatt Crowell (Prior Lake, Minn.) earned MIAC All-Conference Singles and Doubles honors, junior
Brendon Sebring (Lakeville, Minn.) earned All-Conference Doubles honors, and sophomore
Matthew George (Brooklyn Park, Minn.) and first year
Max Gulliford (Minneapolis, Minn.) earned MIAC Honorablle Mention Doubles honors this season, announced Tuesday, May 5.
Crowell was selected for both All-Conference Singles and Doubles honors after an outstanding season on the court. He went 7-2 in conference play at #1 Singles, beating out the No. 34 and No. 15 ranked singles in the country. He went 15-4 overall in singles play, currently ranked 3rd in his region. In doubles with partner
Brendon Sebring, they went 11-8 overall and 5-4 in conference as the #1 Doubles team.
Sebring was selected for All-Conference Doubles honors with #1 Doubles partner Crowell where they went 11-8 overall and 5-4 in conference as a team. Sebring also went 8-11 in singles play this season between the #2 and #3 spots.
George and Gulliford were selected for All-Conference Honorable Mentions Doubles after going 14-4 overall in the #2 Doubles position this season. They went 6-2 in conference play at the #2 Doubles position. George finished out the season 5-14 in singles play while Gulliford wrapped up a great first year season with an 11-8 singles record.
