COLLEGEVILLE, MINN.—The Hamline University men's track & field team competed in day three of the MIAC Indoor Championship in Collegeville, Minnesota on Saturday. The Pipers finished in eighth place out of 11 schools with 49 points. Bethel won the 2025 MIAC Indoor Men's Track & Field Championship with 169 points.
Isaiah Watson won the triple jump title with a 14.27m. Watson is the fourth MIAC Indoor Triple Jump Champion in school history, and the first since Bakari Jackson in 2016. The titles continued to roll for the Pipers in the pole vault courtesy of Austin Schloeder, who cleared the bar at 4.66m. Schloeder is the sixth Piper to accomplish the feat, and the first since Mark Volker won back-to-back MIAC titles in 2014 and 2015.Â
The men's 4x200 meter relay team of Reece Thomas, Michael Williams, Dawson Schaffer, and Ricky Kwabena Yawson registered a third-place time of 1:30.66.Â
The Pipers will compete at the UW-La Crosse Last Chance Meet on Saturday, March 8.Â
