Four Pipers Earn 2025-26 All-WIAC Women’s Lacrosse Team Honors

SAINT PAUL, Minn. --- Hamline University lacrosse sophomores Emma Collins (Andover, Minn.) and Lauren Moorhouse (Monticello, Minn.) earn All-WIAC Women's Lacrosse Second Team honors, junior Kayli Starkey (Lakeville, Minn.) earns All-WIAC Women's Lacrosse Honorable Mention honors, and senior Aoi Suzuki earns All-Sportsmanship Team honors this season, announced Wednesday, May 6. 

Collins was second on the team in goals and led in points this season, scoring a total of 45 goals and accumulating 32 assists for a total of 77 points on the season. She also led the team in shots, with 93 shots and 71 shots on goal for a .864 shots on goal percentage. She had 28 ground balls and 8 caused turnovers to round out the season. She also tied the goals in a game record against Augsburg with 8 goals. 

Moorhouse led the team in goals with 48 goals, she also had 11 assists for a total of 59 points this season. She acquired 84 shots and and 61 shots on goal for a .726 shots on goal percentage. Moorhouse also led the team in ground balls with 43, caused turnovers with 23, and draw controls with 65, putting her over the 100 career draw controls mark this season. 

Starkey led the team in assists and was second in points on the team with 29 goals, 47 assists, and 76 points on the season. She now holds season assists record (47 assists), assists in a single game record (9 assists), and most points in a single game record with 13 points (4 goals, 9 assists). She had 54 shots on goal, for a .730 shots on goal percentage, 25 ground balls and 11 caused turnovers. She also hit the 100 career point mark this season. 

Senior captain Suzuki had 12 goals and 6 assists for 18 points on the season. She collected 22 ground balls and 15 draw controls to help her team succeed this spring. She also had 8 caused turnovers this season. 

The Pipers made it to the WIAC playoffs for the first time as a team, finishing with a 10-6 overall record, 3-5 in conference play.
