Nathan got his cross country season off to a solid start with a sixth place finish at the Luther Invitational last Saturday. The junior traveled the four mile course in a time of 20:49.3. That led all HU finishers in the group of 140 runners. He just missed finishing in the top five by two seconds.

As a team, Hamline tied for third place in the field of seven teams.

On August 29, Nathan faced down several runners from HU's past and beat them all, winning the annual Alumni-Varsity race.
