The final score was 9-0. But Hamline's men's tennis team put up a stiffer fight than the final score indicated.

Tyler Antil (pictured), for example, took his No. 3 singles match into a third set, losing 4-6, 6-3, 6-10. Cody Jahrig also made the Tommies work for it, taking his No. 4 singles match into three sets as well before falling, 3-6., 6-2, 6-10. 

Dylan Sperry fell at No. 1 singles, 5-7, 4-6 and Derek Lutz was also a difficult customer before losing, 6-7, 5-7. Lutx and Jahrig came the closest in doubles with a 4-8 setback.

Hamine is off until Thursday when they face St. John's.
