The Hamline men's tennis team doubled their pleasure Friday night at the expense of Northwestern. All three doubles teams won their matches. Add to it four singles wins and HU improved to 2-0 with a 7-2 win over the Eagles at White Bear Lake.
David Yanagita teamed up with
Cody Jahrig for an 8-3 win at No. 1 doubles. As it developed, this was the Pipers' toughest encounter in doubles. The No. 2 team of
Jacob Duxbury/Sam Peterson (pictured)
 had an 8-2 win and the No. 3 tandem of
Brandon Kuether/Matt Seracki won by an 8-1 margin.Â
Yanagita, Seracki, Kuether and Seracki also won their singles matches in straight sets.
Hamline faces St. Scholastica Saturday in Virginia, Minn. The match begins at 1:00 p.m.
