There's no place like home  for the HU men's tennis... even if it isn't Holt Courts.
Hamline used Lifetime Fitness in Fridley as a home court Friday -- and it worked out very well in an 8-1 win over Northwestern. Cody Jahrig, Matt Seracki, Gabe Guarin and Ben Klimek recorded wins in singles and doubles as the Pipers improved to 2-2 overall.Â
Jahrig, Seracki, Guarin and Ben Klimek recorded straight set triumphs while Ekstein fought his way to a 10-7 win in a third set tiebreaker.Â
HU won all three doubles matches as well with David Yanagita teaming up with Jahrig for a tight 8-6 win at No. 1. Seracki and Klimek had to work even harder with a 9-7 win while Guarin and Sam Peterson had it a little easier with an 8-3 win.Â
