The Hamline men's tennis team had its 'A' game in gear Saturday against Bethany Lutheran. 

Plahying their third match in four days, David Yanagita, Cody Jahrig, Ben Klimek, Gabriel Guarin and Matt Seracki recorded two wins each as the Pipers moved back over the .500 mark at 3-2 with a solid 9-0 win at Lifetime Fitness in White Bear Lake. Yanagita and Jahrig each surrendered just two games in recording 2-0 sweeps in singles and teamed up for an 8-0 win in No. 1 doubles. Seracki gave up just two games for his win at No. 3 singles and Klimek went one better in his sweep at No. 6 singles. The duo then paired up for an 8-2 win. 

Guarin fought his way to a 6-3, 6-1 win at No. 4 singles and then joined Sam Peterson for a decisive 8-1 strike at No. 3 doubles. Ben Ekstein won at No. 5 singles, 6-1, 6-2.
