The Hamline men's tennis team found out what other MIAC teams have: that Carleton is very good. The Pipers lost a 9-0 decision to the nationally ranked Knights, 9-0, Friday at Baseline Tennis Center.
Jake Trondson and
Elias Ramirez each took their foe to a third set before giving way.
Andrew Argeros and
Cory Penick also battled hard. Each won four games in their first set.
The Pipers, 7-10 overall (0-6 MIAC) return to Baseline Sunday, April 14 to take on Concordia. The men's match begins at 6:00 p.m.
