Th Hamline women's lacrosse team showed their smarts on the field with a school record 19 wins and a first-ever triumph in the NCAA Tournament. 

Turns out they are also winners in the classroom. The Pipers placed 14 members on the Midwest Women's Lacrosse Conference All-Academic team released June 12. To qualify for the team, a student-athlete must have a cumulative GPA of 3.30 or higher. This season's number is one better than the 2018 contingent.

Novotny and Perry have made it all three years they were eligible to do so. Dynesson, Hessler, Lenz, Sevening, Tatge and Westerlund were also on the 2018 team.
