COLLEGEVILLE, MINN.—The Hamline University track & field team's throwers competed at the Saint John's/Saint Benedict-St. Olaf Dual on Friday.

Lexi Brainer won the women's weight throw title with a 16.83m, which is a career best and placed her 18th in NCAA Division III. Brooke Tracy trailed Brainer in third place with a 14.09m, while Jade Hunt took fourth place with a 13.58m.

Harry Massey claimed the men's weight throw title with a career-best 13.93m. Doug Gill followed with a career-best 12.54m, good enough for fourth place. Massey's 11.85m in the shot put slotted him in fifth place.

The Pipers will compete at the Luther Invitational on Saturday, February 8.
