ST. PAUL, Minn. — First year Max Gulliford continues his fall singles success at the ITA Midwest Regional this weekend, where he won his singles draw bracket. On day one (Friday), Gulliford defeated Kristopher Greenhaw of Concordia University - Wisconsin with a score of 6-3, 6-1 and then in round two defeated Horia Popa of Loras with a score of 6-4, 6-0 to send him on to the semifinal round on Saturday. In the semi finals, he defeated Carsen Kramer or University of Northwestern by a score of 6-0, 6-1 to send him to the Midwest Final, where he completed his run with a win over Ezra Mahoney of Macalester 6-1, 7-6(3). 

Gulliford and doubles partner Matthew George also made it to the semi finals of the Midwest Doubles draw, where they dropped a heart breaker to Augusto Yamazaki/Clark Rue (MSOE) 8-6.
